The CApure biogas upgrading plant is based on a high quality, standardised, modular design. Our pre-fabricated plants are factory tested, process optimised and quality controlled in our production facility prior to delivery. This dramatically reduces the cost and time required on-site for the mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning works.
Our Biogas Upgrading Plants are built to exacting standards, ensuring total quality control and operational reliability. All of our plants are certified by third party inspection. Ensuring the plants meet stringent international quality, safety and performance requirements.
Puregas Solutions deliver several options for treating biogas, ranging from upgrading to biomethane (Renewable Natural Gas) RNG for grid injection, compression for bioCNG, to liquefaction for bioLNG and fuelling infrastructure
Biogas Upgrading plant with raw biogas flow rates of 200Nm3/h to 6,000Nm3/h+
With over 20 years of experience Puregas Solutions manufactures and supplies Biogas Upgrading Plant. The unique CApure upgrading process recovers over 99.9% of the available methane from the raw biogas, maximising biomethane / Renewable Natural Gas RNG yields and revenues with exceptionally low operational costs. Puregas provides fully integrated solutions for biogas upgrading and have over 30 plants already operating.
The CApure process recovers over 99.9% of the biomethane present in the raw biogas by separating the CO2 from the biogas through a process of chemical adsorption. The selective organic solvents used in this process are so efficient that the product gas can contain over 99% biomethane. The biomethane can be directly injected in to the gas grid, compressed to produce bio-CNG or liquefied for bio-LNG. It’s also possible to capture the CO2 from the plant and use this for commercial purposes
